Initiate The work is unique to your being, and processes will be tailored and adapted accordingly. These can include working with; archetypes, the shadow, dreams, personality types, active imagination, somatic movement, art and several more.
Insight As you do the work, you will be be uncovering aspects of yourself that are dormant in the unconscious. You will become conscious of what has been driving you to your current results, experiences, and reality.
Integrate As these insights expand into your awareness, you will have choice points, to release those aspects that no longer serve you and then consciously integrate new ways of being that are aligned to your highest potential.
